I have Eero pro6 mesh with 4 routers. I have 3 Nest learning thermostat. Initially 2 were registered to my app. When I wanted to add the 3rd one, it would not be able to find an assisting device. Called tech support who deleted my earlier two to start again. Now the 3rd one got registered but the first 2 can't.
Following is the follow up email (difficult for me to follow and make those changes):
It was nice to speak with you today. As discussed, when adding additional Nest devices, make sure your router supports multicast and that it’s on. Nest devices use multicasts to communicate and set up connections with other Nest products. Check if your router has wireless isolation settings turned on. This will prevent devices on your network from connecting to other devices in your home. I suggest contacting your ISP to check all the settings of your router. Have a nice day!
Here are the most important recommended Wi-Fi network and router settings for use with Nest products. For more details, refer to the sections below.

Hey there Vixx,
I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Google Home issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this has been a headache for you. A work-around was found by other users who experienced this same problem, go ahead and give that a try, and let me know if you need help.
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran
