Electric companies adjusting my thermostat

Has anyone noticed their thermostat gets adjusted while they’re still home? I’ve come home, turned on the heat and within an hour or two it’s adjusted back down a degree or two. I’ve left it on 72 before I go to bed and it’ll be adjusted to 69 when I get up. All of the eco or self learning stuff is turned off. I need to know if there’s a way to stop them from invading my thermostat even more.
