Energy History accuracy

Hi,

I'm having issues with energy history on my device. It doesnt show usage on the days that I was in the house and was using heating , aswell it doesnt show what time the heating was on. Is there any way to resolve it ?

Plus there are 2 users on house environment but my finacee cant see Nest in it.

Im using Nest 3rd gen learing thermostat , connected with Google Home app , we both use multiple Google Hubs and Samsung S24U 

I would also like to point we are only using heating via kerosene boiler, and use heating button on heatlink

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the energy history report, and also you have issues with sharing the access to your fiance to see the thermostat. Don’t worry, Help is Here.

Before we continue, I have some questions:

• Have you tried to get the energy history using the Nest app?
• Have you confirmed if both devices are in the same home structure?
• Is the thermostat connected to a WiFi network?
