No problems for 2 years with my Nest Thermostat. Yesterday my energy history disappeared on my app just leaving the message “Come back tomorrow to see what your thermostat has been up to”.

I know it has been a while, and I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.

We apologize for any trouble this missing energy history has caused. We are aware of this infrequent problem wherein the Energy History displays no consumption at all or inconsistencies between the summary and detailed views of the heating and/or cooling system.

This frequently occurs after an automated update, a power outage, or a non-orderly restart caused by the thermostat depleting its battery. However, the most of you should be able to use the function as intended now that this issue has been mitigated.
