Energy Usage History

For some reason my energy usage history is now grayed out on the app.  I am pretty disappointed my favorite part of the app has suddenly disappeared 😕 Does anyone have any tips for me to fix this or is this still an issue with other people too?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the missing energy history in the app. We're aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

This usually happens when an unexpected reboot on your thermostat, such as a sudden power outage, is restarted automatically, so the data disappears from the app. We understand that this is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue. Please monitor the app, as it will appear automatically.
