We just moved into a new house which has the Nest Learning Thermostat installed. I have it hooked up to the Wi-Fi no problem. However, when adding to the Nest App the entry key supplied has a hyphen in it, like 999-BIRD. Nothing I do allows the hyphen to be entered on the entry key page of the app. Anyone experience this and have a work around or update?
