Do jot buy a Nest thermostat. Google doesn't have the support to fix their own products. The solution was the replacement. Then in one year, if i have the same problem, do i have to replace it again? That is the best politic

It appears that you're having issues with the C wire or the terminal on your thermostat. Do you have any case numbers that I can look up? This is to further check for other options available to you.
