Hi @Anand08,

This sounds like there is a powering problem with your Nest thermostat.

Could be a wiring problem. 🙂

How can i solve this problem?

An E44 error falls into the Nest 2nd Gen Learning Thermostat error code range.

I did find a reference that the E44 error means

  •  No power wire detected, R Wire required
  • Your Nest either has wires that aren't fully inserted into the connectors or has tripped an internal fuse. If an internal fuse has tripped, your nest may need to be replaced.

Check and make sure all of the wires are fully inserted into each terminal and that the bare copper is straight and shiny.
