Hello, just installed the thermostat, wifi connection is good however the unit is not powering on the furnace. It states "wires not configured "R" even though I have the wire installed including the C wire. I have uninstalled from the Home app and factory resetted numerous times I'm at my wits end. Waiting on a call from customer service that's taking forever.
