Hi bought a brand new E thermostat it will not connect to the heat link, I can turn on the heating manually by pressing the button twice so I know the heat link works, this is so frustrating tried everything posted on error code TH026 Will be returning to the supplier for a refund very disappointed unless someone can help out here
