As above tried re boot re entered the six digit code still as above cannot connect to heat link

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but Ill help you sort it out. Can you tell me what lights do you have on the Heat Link? When was your thermostat installed?

Also, a picture of the thermostat display message would be appreciated.
