Hi,
I need support to unlock my Nest thermostat. My ex-husband is refusing to provide me with the thermostat PIN now that I have taken over the home. I am using a different internet provider than he was, so I don't have the device set up on my app.
I read a previous thread and able to connect the nest to my computer through USB. I can see the Technical Info.plist file on my MacBook when I connect the device but don't know what to do from here.
Can anyone help?

You need to contact Nest support do they can send you a file based on the information you give them. We are users who help other users out we won't be able to send you the file.
