Can we get a fan “on” switch? I want my fan to always run and just have heat/cool engage when needed. The schedule fan thing is ok, but just a simple “on” switch would be nice.

Hello Kronos888,
Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about this. To confirm, do you want to control your fan independently from your heating and cooling system? Do you have a multi stage fan? Hit this link for more information.

Emerson

Yes, I want my fan to run regardless of what my heating/cooling is doing. I do have a multi-stage fan and would also love to have the ability to control the fan and the stage that the fan is running. Current state I can use the "schedule" feature on the fan to tell it to run for X minutes per hour and the window I want it to run. I would like to just have an on/off switch available as an option beyond the schedule. Or in my specific case with a 2 stage furnace, a Stage 2/Stage 1/Off switch.
Fan On/Auto switch is a feature on the most basic of cheap thermostats.

Hi Kronos888,
We appreciate you getting back to us and I understand your concern about controlling your fan independently from your heating and cooling systems.
Give these steps a try:
If you choose low, medium or high:
If you choose Auto:
You'll still be able to choose a different speed for your schedule and each time you manually run your fan. For example, you can set your fan to high when heating or cooling and use a schedule to set your fan to low every morning to circulate air in your home. Hit this link for more information.
Keep us posted.
Thanks,
Emerson

I don’t see HVAC fan speed as an option so cannot perform the steps

Hi Kronos888,
Thanks for sharing this information. If you don't see the fan speed option, that means the system is not recognizing your multi speed fan. You might want to contact the HVAC technician who installed it and check the wiring for your multi speed fan. Also, running your fan independently from your system depends on how your technician sets it up.
Give these steps a try:
Keep me posted.
