Field Tester needing assistance

I’ve been a tester for almost 10 years.  The beta app recently expired and there isn’t any no ones rendering the hardware useless. Can someone direct me to the right support? The beta site doesn’t render any responses. Please help.

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue. My thermostat does not have any QR code and I can't find the code on the settings, so I can't match the thermostat with my official Nest App.

Hope you will have some responses.

Same issue here. I can access cameras and thermostats in the GoogleHome app but cannot program the thermostats, I cannot add devices to the Nest app because it states that the devices are assigned to an account. Hoping for an update to the test app from TestxFlight.

The link to the developer in the TestFlight app brings you to the Google product site. Lot of help that is. Any other testers out there with this issue and a fix?
