First Installation - Setting up NestPro account

In my HVAC business I install thermostats all the time. However recently my distributor started carrying nest thermostats. Through a promotion form the HVAC distributor,  I bought a few thermostats for the trucks and installed the first one for a customer yesterday. During the install I saw the enter NestPro ID.  So naturally I looked into what was a NestPro and submitted the application. I received an email saying my NestPro application has been approved but no other information than that. The  link to get started was included, however the link goes to the application start process not the account set up process. For those of you who are NestPro, am I waiting for something else to get started as a NestPro?

Check the email for your NestPro number. When your application is approved they provide it when they tell you that you are approved.

Hi CoolingWizard,

The only resources I have are these links: Nest Pro support - Nest Pro Help  and Nest Pro Contact Us - Google Nest Help. There is a "contact us" option with phone number in that second link.

Hoping a Nest Pro can add some more info here for you too!

MelbaDT, yes and thank you all. The email they sent me did not include the NestPro ID. It did provide a link to log in and see my ID number.  And, again, thank you.
