Free Nest Power Connector Promo Code was 'Already Redeemed'

As I tried to install my thermostat, I was told I need a nest power connector. In the google home app I got a link to order my free power connector. But when I click on the link, I got a notification saying 'promo code already redeemed'. This is odd as I checked and no order has been placed. Is it possible to get a replacement link/promo code?

at some point in the past, you must have installed a nest thermostat and used the code to get a power adapter. If I If this indeed a brand new, never previously installed thermostat, then you can try to clear your Cache/and cookies  and try again.

Thanks Ken - unfortunately I haven’t ordered a power connector before and clearing my cache did not work. I’m surprised this isn’t easier!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

Do you have a member that you've invited to be part of the home? When the code is sent, it's sent to all the members. Please ask them who redeemed it. If no one uses it, you might need to reset your thermostat to default settings and set it up again until you get the offer to generate a new code.
