Hello,
My thermostat keeps running off schedule. It is set to 60 at 9:30 pm
then at 67 at 9:30 am. In the middle of the nigh it turns itself on
to 63. Also it would be really nice if it was a lot easier to make a schedule.
The mobile app schedule is hard to read as it is grey on white background
and very small letters.

After a year, mine turns on whenever it wants. Doesn’t follow the schedule and is wasting my oil.

Hello folks,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your thermostats not following their schedule. I'd love to know more about this.
Could you tell us what type of Nest thermostats you both have? Are you enrolled in any energy-saving programs with your utility companies? Also, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?
I'll look forward to the response.
Regards,
Mark

Hello,
I have the learning Nest, I have it scheduled to stay at a certain temp overnight and then adjust to daytime temps. In the middle of the night it decides to turn itself on!! I have turned OFF all of nest sense as well as eco temp. Nest is the worst thermostat I ever have had!! As with the above issues it is hard to schedule on the mobile app for #1 hard to read grey on white #2 very touch sensitive as trying to adjust the temp settings.#3 the unit itself has the same touch sensitivities. It would be so much easier if it was all digital like my Honeywell that I had before I got this one with my new furnace. Not happy ay all!!!!
