Get me out of the stupid Nest Rewards Program. My electric bill tripled because this would turn my heat on during peak hours to prepare for non-existent Rush Hours while I wasn’t home.

If you’re currently enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards and you want to unenroll, you can't unenroll yourself unfortunately. However,  the Google Nest support team can help you with that. Here's how to contact them:

1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
3. Click Other, then click Next step.
4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
