Upgraded phones and now the app wont connect to the thermostat? Tried it on my old phone still works, but new phone doesnt

A few questions — are you getting a specific message or a code on the Nest app of your new phone? If yes, what is it? Also, you might need to log out of your Nest app, force close it then reopen it back if you haven't tried it yet.
