I have a 2-wire boiler heat (W1, RH) and 4-wire forced air cooling (Y, G, R, B) on separate thermostats.
Currently the 2-wire boiler is hooked to the Gen 3 Nest and I would like to combine the forced ac onto the Nest.
I can see moving the black (c), yellow and green wires to the Nest.
I will now have TWO red.
1). Do I connect one red wire to “R” and one to “Rc”? I’d strongly prefer not to blow something up.
2). Will I have the option in the Nest to turn on the blower to circulate air when boiler heat is running. It’s nice to occasionally circulate air when radiators is heating but not necessary.
