In an attempt to provide more feedback on the original thread under the same name, I tried to respond with the following:
This probably won’t get through, but the problem is still your support website that needs to be revamped. It does everything it can to block getting help. One has to go through at least 4 steps to get through the screening There is no phone number on the first page. There is no search on anything I submitted. You did not say what you were going to do to improve the website. This email will probably not get through, because there is no reply because you have blocked it. Why turn it off?
I was correct, the email did not go through.
