Thank you for posting in the community. I see you’re having trouble with the Nest app, which is displaying a message that you need to add a product on your iPhone for your Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen. Help’s here.

To assist you further, please answer the following questions:

  • What is the make and model of your iOS device?
  • What is the iOS version?
  • What is the Nest app version?
  • What is your service provider?
  • Can you explain in detail the situation you're experiencing with the Nest app?
  • When did you first encounter the situation? Does this happen often?
