Google Nest 3 gen - Heat Settings

Hi There - Hope someone can help and explain in plain language.  I have a google nest connected 1 to underfloor heating, and 1 for central heating - what I have found is that even though on screen it shows say 20d, when I turn it up to 20 the heating does not start, it starts when I go up by 2-3 d of what is showing on the screen.  Why I am not ablet o set a temp of say 21 d and get the system to start?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's take a closer look on why your Nest Thermostat won't turn on the heat. To isolate:

• Is this a first time installation and setup?
• Are you getting the same issue on both of your Nest Thermostats?
• Do you see any reports or message codes?
• What type of HVAC systems do you have?
• Did heating ever work with the Nest thermostats after installation?
• Could you share us a clear pictures of your current thermostats?
