Google Nest Learning Thermostat Not Powering Up

Got all the way through with setup for the Google Nest Learning Thermostat. Turned power back on. Then - nothing. We have installed two devices like this before. We checked our wiring several times to make sure we had done it correctly. Still nothing. Contacted Support and walked through the issue again. Still nothing. We are stymied.
