Google Nest Thermostat 4th Gen - AQ+ and AQ- (Smart Ventilation)

I have a Google Nest Thermostat 4th Generation.

I have a fresh air damper, energize to open. The fresh air damper requires one wire from the thermostat (for 24 volts) to energize and open the fresh air damper.

Do I connect this wire to AQ+ or AQ- on the Nest Thermostat?

Hi Jimbo5,

Thanks for posting in the Community! I'm happy to help with your wiring configuration. If you have a one-wire system, it should be connected to the AQ+ port. This port is responsible for connecting the ventilation systems.

Please try this and let me know if it works.

Regards,
Axel.
