I have 4 Google Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Generation, Black.
1 of them stopped working 2 days ago. Purchased within 1 year on 11/25/2020.
The other 3 are still working fine.
The non-working one indicates no network connectivity. When attempting to search for a network, the blue light keeps circling clockwise and never stops. Eventually, I get a W5 error.
I understand this is a common problem. I've tried resetting the model twice. This doesn't change anything. It can still be used as a simple thermostat, but obviously I expect a Google device to last more than 1 year.
Is there a website/mechanism for initiated a customer support problem or RMA?
