Hi community,
My Nest (purchased in March 2021) stopped connecting to my WIFI network and now does not report any available networks. Have tried to following
1) reset nest
2) added WiFi name manually
neither of these has resolved the issue. I have seen online that this may be a product failure and I need a replacement. Where can I report this issue to start this process. Thanks.

This keeps happening to me. They're now sending me a 4th replacement thermostat. Unbelievably bad customer support. Won't acknowledge the issue or offer a refund. Just keep sending me replacements.
