Hi DewIt,

Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you've already taken.

Giving these steps a whirl might help:

  1. Remove your Nest Learning Thermostat to the Nest app.
  2. Perform an Account Connection reset to your thermostat.
    1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Choose Account Connection.
    4. Select Reset.
  3. Reconnect your thermostat to your Network.
  4. Setup your thermostat back to the Nest app.
  5. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
  6. Move your sensor to a different location and try to connect it again. Your sensor should be within 50 feet (15 meters) of your thermostat, but it may need to be closer.
  7. The connection range can be reduced by wireless interference from walls, cabinets and bookshelves. If you still can’t connect your sensor after a few tries, check for other things that are causing wireless interference such as: cordless phones, microwave ovens, baby monitors, and Bluetooth devices.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Jenelyn
