Google family & Nest

I am a Google family member and cannot get access to our Nest Learning Thermostat. I tried to scan the barcode and I see my home listed in the app, but I have no functionality to see the data or settings.

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

A few things to check out for us to further isolate the issue:

• Did you receive an invitation from the main user to be added as a home member? The main user will send you an invite to be added to the home and have controls to the Google Nest devices. Check out this link to know more.
• Are you using a Google account or you have an older Nest account that you've used to access your devices previously?
