Google home support doesn’t exist

I supported 5 different homes that I’ve installed nest thermostats and can not migrate these thermostats to Google Home. Do I need to go out and purchase new thermostats and get rid of Google thermostats.  Google support doesn’t exist.

@Schmuck, I'm sorry for the trouble you're having linking your Nest Thermostats to Google Home. How's it going? Have you managed to contact our team for help migrating your account? If you haven't yet, we're here to help.

To confirm, which Nest Thermostats do you have? Is this the first time you're adding them in the Nest app or in the Google Home app? From what country are you posting? Also, what's the message you're getting when it fails to migrate your account?
