Google leaning thermostat installation

I have a comfort cooling and heating existing thermostat as per below. Can anyone help where I plug each wire into the nest thermostat ? Customer services were very unhelpful and wanted the serial id on the nest which means opening the box (I don’t want to open it unnecessarily if it won’t work). Can anyone help?

Thanks for the picture! Unfortunately, it's difficult to determine which connection line goes to each cable from the picture you sent.

To assist you further, could you please send a picture of your HVAC system's control board? Once I can see the wire labels, I can confirm if your system is compatible. You can also check your system is compatible yourself using this link: visit compatibility check. 

Another option is to contact a Nest Pro and a technician can then check your HVAC system and confirm it is compatible with the Nest Thermostat. In order to provide you with the correct link for contacting a Nest Pro in your area, Could you tell me what country you are located in?
