Which indicates the power for the voc and vin should be 29V to 42V.
Yet the installation guide uses T1 and T2 and a 12V system ??
The voc isnt displayed and instead its vusb (which is 0.01) and presume thats for the USB socket on the back (which isnt used) and the vin shows 11.11V which I pesume is the voltage from t1 and t2 which in the installation documentation is 12V, see https://nest.com/support/images/misc-nest-thermostat-eu/gen3-install/3rd-gen-Nest-Learning-Thermosta...
Can you please clarify what vin and voc / vusb for this device and update your help (if as I suspect its wrong).
