Google learning thermostat heating cool but cooling heat

We just set up our learning thermostat third generation and when we turn the air conditioning on, it starts blowing hot but when we turn the heat on, it starts blowing cold how can I change the settings?

1. Could you post a photo of your current and previous wiring configuration?
2. What kind of system do you have? (Conventional or Heat Pump)

I figured it out finally! Had to change the settings in the thermostat to the uncommon setting
