Hi,
My thermostat shows ERROR H71, i have tried every single to connect like
Restart Thermostat
Option for link a replacement thermostat with heat link ID
Option to relink with heat link
juat to let you knkw i am aware how to out heat link in search mode by pressing and hold key of hold link toll it gets slow flashing blue light
it was working fine till it get new software update
Heat link is two feet away from boiler and i did out thermostat next to heat link although heat link is slightly hidden behind kitchen cabinets but i made sure there is less than one inch gap between thermostat and heat link, nkw at this state and can not reset thermostat as i am in a continuous loop and can not go any firther till thermostat connects to heat link, Please help, Thanks
