HELP THIS NEST LEARNING THEMOSTAT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY

THIS IS MY THIRD ONE AND I HAVE ELECTRIC HEAT IM THINKING ITS JUST NOT COMPATIBLE  ITS ALWAYS NEED CHARGINGTHE SETTING DOES WHATEVER IT WANTS IT SHUTS ITSELF OFF THE INTERNET.

I don't know where to start i had professional come and this thing worked for s little while but every complaint that I've seen on the reviews,now it turns off all the time,will not connect to internet, please send me another one.

I have never spent this much time trying to get something to work this is like a job all the hours spent on this (frustrated)

Hey there,

 

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. A power-related concern could cause your thermostat to not hold a charge and disable the Wi-Fi network feature in order to save the battery.

Could you please share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring? This will help me check its configuration. Also, please check its power readouts in the "Equipment" settings if you have the Nest Thermostat 2020 model and "Technical Info" for the Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E.

they requested my phone number and i have not received call as of yet is there anything else I can do I can't sit on phone all day and have deadlines to reply and still no help.
