Handler wont stop running

My handler fan won't stop ever. I can't find an AUTO fan setting on my Nest Thermostat.

Is this a newly installed Nest thermostat or one that was working correctly and now isn't?

If it is newly installed, post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here

I have a similar problem.  The fan won't stop unless I kill the power.  It was working fine but now the fan just keeps running even if I remove the thermostat.

I had someone come out to fix the fan issue plus the lack of heat.  They fixed the heat issue but left within 5 minutes (charging $150) assuming the fan would stop.  Now they want $150 to come back out again because in their words "I don't know how to set the thermostat".
