Hi,
My Google Nest thermostat had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi (appears to be a common issue), went through the Google support portal, where the Google support case worker instructed me to send the unit to the address on the postage label sent to me by Google.
Having been over three weeks since sending the unit, I checked the tracking status which states the parcel was rejected by the receiver.
The postage company is unable to track the unit and no idea what to do next - grateful for any suggestions.
