Help! Nest thermostat is showing H71 error code and I can’t reconnect
- no lights on Heat Link; boiler OK
- pressed Heat Link button for 20, then 30 seconds but nothing
- checked fuses but none tripped
- no recent power cuts in the area and no recent boiler service or work done
- Nest has worked great since it was installed in summer 2019
I can’t even get the heat link to switch to manual so we’re without heating and it’s really cold!
