When I'm in Heat/Cool mode, how does the system know whether to heat or cool? Since the temperatures are set to 65 COOL and 77 HEAT, how does the system know whether to increase the temperature to 77 or decrease the temperature to 65 when the temperature is reading 71 degrees?
