Hello. I just installed the Nest Gen 4 and am having some difficulties, I have a heat pump and believe it to be in the O orientation. However with O selected on the app on my condenser it gives me the “error code” locked rotor, when switched to b mode everything worlls, just in reverse so heat is actually blowing cold air and vice versa, any ideas?
