Hi,
Our Gen 3 Heat link has failed. . I have fully tested the unit and it has 240v to it and the thermostat is ok. There is no LED on, and i have tried all the steps as indicated on previous posts.
How do I go about claiming for one under warranty please?

Hi. I am sorry to hear your facing this behavior from your thermostat and am here to help.
It is great to hear you already tried to troubleshoot and check some things. Just to confirm, if you have not already make sure to try and turn the power off to the Heat Link for a few minutes, if you are comfortable doing so, and turn it back on after to see if it has any reaction after. Try and push the button on it as well.

Hi Alex - I have the same issue as described above. I have also tried all the troubleshooting advice and turned the power off from the main fuse box, but still nothing.

Hi @Breener33,
I'll do my best to get this resolved for you. Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?
How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones are present in the setup?
Regards,
Cristian
