Hi,
I received an email last week which said "We’ve identified an issue with your Heat Link, which connects your thermostat to your heating system. This issue could cause your thermostat to lose power unexpectedly."
I then go to the linked website and put in my details, including reference number provided. One of the questions is "Which of these are not working in your home?" and it then asks me to choose from Heating, Hot water, or Heating & hot water.
Which of these options do I select? As at the moment everything is working fine and nothing is not working.

On what basis were these Emails sent out?

Select all is working. Seems to go through and offer you an appointment. Not sure how and why the emails were sent out - Google support denied any issue and said my account had probably been hacked 😂
