I’ve had my thermostat less than two years. When we arrived home Friday our thermostat has no power whatsoever. We checked further and we have no power to the heat link.
We have had all systems restated and done all trouble shooting and established the items have power but the beat link is not responsive. How can I get a replacement asap please as we currently have no hot water or heating.
