Heat Link dead (3rd gen )

Hello community,

The Heat Link of my 3rd gen thermostat stopped working (no led turning on anymore ) and won’t also supply power to the thermostat anymore.

When connecting the usb under the cover of the heat link, it then comes up and operating the manual button would turn the heater on (open therm connection).

220v is present on the L terminal of the heat link

please help

Why would you connect a USB connection to the Heat Link, where did you get that information from? The issue you have now, there's no thermostatic control of your heating, which means it will run and run!!
