Hi there,
I currently have 2x Nest learning thermostats, both model Display-3.4 running from 2x heat links, both model Amber-2.5.
The downstairs thermostat is displaying the H72 error message and stating that no power is going to the thermostat. No lights on heat link. All circuits checked and are fine. Powered off and on to no effect. No work has been carried out on the heating system in the home and no circuits tripped indicating any issues. All troubleshooting steps attempted to no avail. System has been working issue free for almost 3 years. System installed by verified installer attained via Nest.
I would like a replacement heat link please, or, to be given instructions on how to request one.

My thermostat is not turning on this morning either.
