Hi all,
I already saw a lot of posts about this problem but no solution.
My thermostat is disconnecting (heat link) once or twice a day from the receiver.
I tried to reset, factory reset, bring the thermostat near to the receiver, nothing helps.
And without doing anything, it gets back to normal after about 30 minutes.
Has someone here the same issue and found a solution ?

I take it you are using your thermostat as remote, and not wired? This problem can be caused by interference from anything, ie microwave, DECT phone, things like that. Do you have anything of that nature in the home? Try isolating any item that could be the issue, and see if that helps.

Such as wireless devices, walls, pipes, magnetic filters, cordless phones, microwaves. Also, do you get any error message when the devices disconnect?
