Hi,
My heat link has stopped working. No lights, unresponsive. Tried holding the button and no response. This seems to be a common enough issue.
It was installed October 2020
We first noticed the issue on 7/2/22
It was installed by a nest pro
Theres an H71 error message on the thermostat
No power cuts
No work on the electrical system beforehand
We only have the one thermostat in the house
hopefully hear from you soon about a potential replacement.
