Heat Link not working

NorthernAngels

Returned home after 4 days away, thermostat is displaying H71 error and the heatlink seems to have lost power with no LEDs displaying at all.

Ive tried resetting both, moved my thermostat closer, pressing buttons but it seems to have lost power. Hot water is independent of nest so that works fine but cannot get heating to work. Good job we're in the warmer season.

Hey @NorthernAngels,

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Did you check if you're breaker/switch is set to on? You can trying turning it off and back on.

Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?

How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?

Regards,
Cristian
