My heat link for the upstairs heating has stopped working just 2 months out of warranty. I have had an electrician round to look at it after I have tried all possible fixes and he has confirmed that the heat link is faulty and needs replacing but where can I get one from ? Can anybody help ?

I contacted the consumer services but have not heard anything from them so doesn't look good. It's really bad that the heat link fails 2 months after warranty, nest aren't interested in sorting the problem & you can't even buy one to sort it out yourself!
