Heat Link not working

Hi, My Heat Link stopped working correctly, there seems to be an issue with one of the relays so that the heating is always on. Running a continuity test between connection 2 (common) and 3 (call for heat), they are always connected to each other even when the unit is completely disconnected from power.

Is it possible to get a replacement heat Link and how would I get one, thanks.
